HEAT Bar & Diner offers a most sumptuous menu in Mediterranean cuisine. Our selection of appetisers include the popular bruschettas and the dips with a port wine cheese spread, chilli con carne wraps, platters ranging from the HEAT local platter to the fine cheese platter. Our pasta, ranging from penne paradiso to spaghetti inferno offer a pasta dish to cater for everyone. Our fresh pasta includes stuffed ravioli with crabs and prawns or Gozitan goat’s cheese ravioli. Risotto HEAT is another favourite with our patrons but our most requested dish is risotto marinara. HEAT’s salads are HUGE and offer a wide choice including the familiar chicken Caesar salad, the mozzarella salad as well as a barbeque beef salad and beef carpaccio.

Our food is all prepared at the time of order. Nothing is pre-cooked. Our homemade burgers, sandwiches and baguettes offer another tasty alternative and include lamb burgers, smoked salmon baguettes and the Giant American style hot dog. It is possible to make your own burger choosing any ingredient.

The grill section offers a tantalising array of meat including pollo ai funghi or HEAT’s famous mixed kebab served on a 21 inch stainless steel stand. And let’s not forget the ocean catch selection including the original fish and chips NOT served in a newspaper as well as the HEAT Surf and Turf – a combination of King Prawns and fillet steak. Pasta, salads, charcoal grills, fish and mouth watering desserts are sure to please every palate.

Desserts are also made in-house and range from banoffee pie to cassata siciliana to waffles.
